Parking

1000+ free parking spaces are available in and around Old Ellicott City including seven parking lots (A, B, C, D, E, F, G).  Additional parking is available at the Howard County Circuit Court lot just above Main Street and can be accessed from US 40 via Rogers Avenue to Court House Dr. which ends at this lot. From there it’s just a short stroll down to Main St. using our award winning staircase behind the courthouse.
